Goals and Activity
The Foundation supports the development of higher commercial education, and carries out academic research, teaching and publishing activities.
Operation and publicity
The Foundation's activities are public. The annual accounts and public benefit report are available for inspection.
The Trustee is Dr. László Kozár, who manages the Foundation's assets and directs its operations.
Conflict of Interest
Only persons with no criminal record and who are capable of acting may be executive officers.
Dissolution
In the event of dissolution of the Foundation, the assets shall be used to support a foundation with a similar purpose.

How long we keep your personal data
